Petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018 for the offence under sections 364/34, 302, 201 and 120b/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 12.6.2018.

Considering the totality of the fact discussed hereinabove, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018, G.R. No. 1840/18.
