It appears from perusal of the impugned order of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj that except confessional statement of petitioner, there is nothing against him.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 183 of 2013.
