Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, against whom the investigation has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33569 of 2016 (3) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 675 of 2016.
