The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 564 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 23.3 liters of illicit liquor from the place situated in front of the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.56482 of 2019(3) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 564 of 2019.
