The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

A raid was conducted in a garage and one Maruti van, bearing registration no. UP 53G 2618, was found parked inside the garage in which 660 lt. of Kerosene Oil was loaded. Two Tank Lorries bearing registration no. BR 09H 9637 and BR 9E 4986 were also found parked near the garage but no oil was found therein. The lorries were parked for filling oil from the Indian Oil Corporation. The petitioner is not the owner of the Maruti van in which Kerosene Oil was found.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

No.27063 of 2015 (3) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni (Refinery O.P.) P.S. Case No. 150/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
