2. At the outset, Mr. Ravi Bhardwaj, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted at the bar that during the pendency of the writ petition all the substantive retiral benefits and other dues have been paid to the petitioner, but this fact cannot be ignored that the petitioner superannuated on 31.12.2022, however, the admissible retiral benefits and dues have been paid after much delay in the year 2025.

3. Mr. Anuj Kumar, learned Advocate for the State refuting the aforesaid contention has submitted that there is no

Patna High Court CWJC No.13709 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 delay and laches on the part of the respondent authorities. Since there was certain discrepancies in the pension paper of the petitioner, which has been rectified and thereafter payment has been made.

4. Considering the submissions set forth, the present writ petition stands disposed off. However, if the petitioner has still any grievance, he may approach before the authorities concerned.
