The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries which all were simple in nature. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23575 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Kishanganj in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
