The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant had got his sister married with co-accused Durga Kumar in the year 2012 and within a few months of her marriage a demand of dowry, one motor cycle and cash Rs.50,000/-, was made and on account of non-fulfilment of the same, she was subjected to torture and assault. On 19.6.2014 at about 10 P.M. the informant got information that the accused persons including the petitioner had killed his sister.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26399 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
