JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that these petitioners are not the accused in Karja P. S. Case No. 22 of 2011 dated 22.02.2011. If this is the position, in the opinion of this Court, the petitioners cannot take advantage of the order dated 31.07.2015 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1210 of 2014 as contained in Annexure-3 to the writ application. This writ application has no merit. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
