The petitioner seeks bail in Alauli P.S. Case No. 105/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 37(B) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence informant along with her nephew, namely, Chandan Kumar had gone at their cattle shed where they saw petitioner and co-accused Rajeev Paswan were preparing to make wine, which was objected by informant and her nephew. Thereafter, the petitioner and Rajeev Paswan abused them. Petitioner is alleged to have given Chaku blow to the nephew of informant causing him injury.

Injury report is annexed as Annexure-2, wherein doctor has found only one injury on the person of nephew of informant caused by hard and sharp object, which is opined to be simple in nature.
Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 105/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
