2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 123 of 2020 arising out of Civil Line P.S. Case No 397 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-323, 341, 504, 506, 354(B), 354(B), 354(D), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8/12 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has also submitted that the petitioner has been given the benefit of Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C.
