JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 619 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,324, 307,354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioners is that they arrived at the house of the informant. There is specific allegation of firing and assault against accused Guddu Rai, Suresh Rai and Bidhan

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and considering the same some other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 26.7.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46437 of 2019.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within two weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 619 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
