The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country-made Katta and one live cartridge is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One country-made Katta and one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 87 of 2019.
