2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shekhopur Sarai PS Case No.102 of 2022 dated 28.06.2022, instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that she got herself appointed as Niyojit Primary Teacher in a Primary School on the basis of fake certificates/documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner was rightly selected on the basis of documents produced by her and there is no

It is further submitted that the petitioner has been terminated from the job of Teacher on 10.08.2022 and she never used any fake document as alleged. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a lady and one criminal case is pending against her.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in Shekhopur Sarai PS Case No.102 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

7. The application stands allowed.
