The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that fake bailors were being furnished in the Civil Court, Begusarai and, on such, a raid was conducted by the police. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession voter identity cards and other documents were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is an advocate clerk. Different persons had kept their identity cards for being furnished as bailors. The petitioner did not manufacture any fake document. Similarly situated co-accused Bhawani Devi has already enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 21410/2015. The petitioner is in jail since 12.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26685 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 41⁄2 months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015.
