The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Petitioner's prayer for bail has been earlier rejected vide order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51019 of 2015, as contained in Annexure 1.
It is contended that there is direct allegation of assault upon the petitioner by bow and arrow causing fatal injury on the deceased.
In above view of the matter, this Court does not find any
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32902 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2 / 2 reason to take a different view on the matter. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
However, the court below is directed to conclude the proceeding expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months.
