It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that because of the wrong description given in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 40876 of 2019, the name of the father of the petitioner in the aforesaid order dated 16.07.2019 has wrongly been typed as "Heera Lal Singh" in place of "Banshi Thakur" and the parental address of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54246 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 petitioner has also been wrongly typed as "resident of Village-Kapasiya, P.S.-Rajpur, Distt.-Rohtas" in place of "resident of Village-Denari, P.O.-Gorari, P.S.-Karakat, District-Rohtas".

In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the order dated 16.07.2019 be corrected/modified and the name of the father of the petitioner be read as "Banshi Thakur" in place of "Heera Lal Singh" and the parental address of the petitioner be read as "resident of Village-Denari, P.O.-Gorari, P.S.-Karakat, District-Rohtas" in place of "resident of Village-Kapasiya, P.S.-Rajpur, Distt.-Rohtas". The order dated 16.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40876 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

The application stands allowed.
