ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 02-09-2015 Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that now the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. In view of such, I am not inclined to review my earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, is once again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to frame charge and thereafter send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
