Petitioner is accused in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018 registered under Section 365/34 of the I.P.C. and later on, sections 364, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 17175 of 2019 on 22.07.2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that the charge has been framed and petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018. Having considered the above facts and
