JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the husband and in-laws of the daughter of the informant used to torture her as demand of Rs. One Lac was not fulfilled by the informant. The accused persons had threatened of dire-consequence and they all on 24.06.2013 committed murder of his daughter and disposed of her dead body.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is married Nanad of the deceased. It is further submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27876 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 that the petitioner is separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
