JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that the petitioner has got appointed as A.N.M. in the Health Department on the basis of forged documents It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and she has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27852 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
