The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 336 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 385, 387, 449, 460/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms act. The only allegation against the petitioner that she and Renu Devi caused threats to the informant to withdraw the case otherwise to face dire consequences and thereafter, other coaccused killed the son of the informant after entering into the house.

Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner has got no concern, she has never caused any threat to the informant and only with a view to implicate so many persons the petitioner has also been implicated in this case, resulting she is

Learned APP submits that in the last part allegation has been leveled against the petitioner also.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 336 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
