Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 748 of 2017, Trial No. 1789 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they got sale deed executed through step son of the complainant, who is minor. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that complainant is step mother of the person, who sold the land to the petitioners and moreover this is a case of civil nature and one of the co-accused who has purchased land from son of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23919 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 complainant has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.11.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 55640 of 2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 748 of 2017, Trial No. 1789 of 2017, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
