The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case no. 37 of 2016, registered under Sections 498(A), 323 & 494 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P.No.2 submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in terms of agreement entered between the petitioner and O.P. No.2 on 17.08.2017, which is the part of the Mediator's report dated 17.08.2017.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of
