2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the description of the police station has inadvertently been stated in the cause title as "P.S. Pipara" in place of "P.S. Taraiyan Suzan".

3. Let the reference to "P.S. Pipara" as appearing in the cause title of the order dated 17.07.2019 be treated as corrected to read as "P.S. Taraiyan Suzan". The order dated 17.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44028 of 2019 stands modified only to the above extent.

4. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54273 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 granted in terms of the order dated 17.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 44028 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
