Patna High Court CWJC No.20067 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 Orders or Direction/Directions for quashing the Order of termination vide Order dated 27.8.2021 bearing Reference No.

BRLP/BH/1170/15/1933, passed by the Respondent No.8 whereby the petitioner was terminated from service as Block Project Manager (JEEVIKA) at Itarhi Block in Buxar District and for directing the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and to pay him the entire back wages with due interest restoring his seniority on among others the following:"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid term.
