JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the injured persons of this case with Farsa and Dabiya respectively but submission on behalf of petitioners is that both the injured sustained simple injury and the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
