Petitioner is accused in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 361 of 2014 (G.R. No. 5441 of 2014) registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is of killing of sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws' for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Submission is that in fact, sister of the informant committed suicide by hanging due to quarrel with her husband but with ulterior motive, the petitioner, who is mother-in-law of the deceased and other in-laws, have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34122 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 11.05.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 361 of 2014 (G.R. No. 5441 of 2014).
