====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted son of the informant with farsa on his heard causing grievous injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There was free fight between the parties as a result of which both sides suffered injuries and it is also submitted that this petitioner has also been assaulted by one of the sons of the informant and sustained grievous injury. There is case and counter. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70246 of 2021(3) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 custody since 3.9.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Khaira Police Station Case No. 154 of 2020.
