The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was going to attend call of nature, but the petitioner caught her with bad intention and on alarm the petitioner fled away. It is submitted that the petitioner lodged the case against the informant under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter the present case was lodged.
