JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1702(C) of 2017 in which cognizance under Section 420 IPC has been taken against the petitioner. Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner got the informant introduced to one Sanjeet Kumar with respect to purchase of land and got the sale deed executed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is nothing in the FIR that he has taken money and all the allegations are against Sanjeet Kumar.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner on the ground that at the instance of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16113 of 2018 (3) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 money was paid to Sanjeet Kumar.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Prakash-VI, A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1702(C) of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
