The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The Police apprehended the petitioner along with other accused persons on the allegation that the petitioner was a member of the group which was planning to commit dacoity. But from the possession of the petitioner, only a Nokia-make mobile set was recovered. No incriminating article was recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 2.12.2014.
