The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that there is a case and counter case and the case filed by the petitioners' side is of earlier date than that of the informant side. It is further contended that there is land dispute between the parties. It is urged that there is no injury to anybody.
