The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, brother of the deceased, stated that his sister Sarita Devi was married to Jai Chandra Ram in the year 2007 and she got three children out of the wedlock but his sister was killed by her husband and in-laws. The petitioners are brotherin-law and married sister-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against them. It is submitted that the petitioners are residing in their own house and they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the
