JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant has alleged that her daughter, Pinki Kumari, aged about 15 years, is a student of Class VII who has friendship with the daughter of Mahadeo Singh and Tribeni Singh who had come with an allegation of theft of a mobile who were angry and began to abuse in filty words. On 15.4.2015 at about 7 p.m. Pinki Kumari went to school in the morning who did not turn up. The informant claims that Mahadeo had threatened him and he apprehends their hands in missing of his daughter.
