The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, allegation is that all the petitioners armed variously attacked the informant as also her husband and son and gave repeated blow to them causing severe

Considering the nature of allegation that has been attributed to the present petitioners, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/Neha/- U T
