Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given single fasuli blow causing grievous injury on the head of injured of the present case and for the aforesaid act, petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2015.

No doubt, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the
