2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 775 of 2023 dated 01.12.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner being the brother-in-law (Devar) of the informant started abusing and threatening her to leave the house and intimidated her to kill her sons. It is further alleged that the petitioner assaulted the elder son of the informant by means of knife due to which he sustained injuries on his chest. When the informant went to his

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Both the parties are agnates and there is property dispute between them. It is further submitted that the petitioner is suffering from mental illness (Schizophrenia disease). The investigation of the case is complete and the police have submitted final form. It is further submitted that petitioner has no intention to cause injury to them. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Barh in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 775 of 2023 with the condition :- (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive
