JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 13.08.2015 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph 1 as well as in prayer portion of his petition in place of Sessions Trial no. 400/2015, it has wrongly been typed as Sessions Trial no. 756/2014 and the same defect has occurred in order no.2 dated 3.8.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 as well as in prayer portion of his petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no.2 dated 3.8.2015 in place of Sessions Trial no. 756/2014, it be read as Sessions Trial no. 400/2015.

Accordingly, the above stated order dated 3.8.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
