That this petition is being filed for direction upon the concerned respondents to pay the salary due as per revised grade pay Rs. 1800/- for payment of difference pay amounting Rs.

1,08,718.00 (one lac eight thousand seven hundred eighteen) for the period from 1.4.2017 to 31.3.2017 and due for the work period, amounting to Rs. 2,84,168/- (two lac eighty four thousand one hundred sixty eight rupees) with statutory

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, for payment of the admitted outstanding dues of salary, as aforesaid, within a stipulated time frame, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
