JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case for the offences registered under Sections 364, 363, 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping brother of the complainant while he was coming from school. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to political rivalry. The present case has been filed as a counter-blast of a case lodged against the complainant. The victim boy was recovered and he was attending school after the present complaint case.

No.22904 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Benipur at Darbhanga in C.R. Case no. 221 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
