The petitioner is in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. 1(A) of 2017, arising out of Balia P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017, for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii) C, 25, 29 of the NDPS Act.

Earlier the petitioner approached this Court for grant of bail, but the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5937 of 2019 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months.

Since more than seven months have expired, yet the trial has not been concluded, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56101 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with N.D.P.S. 1(A) of 2017, arising out of Balia P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
