The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

A truck dashed an auto killing many persons on the spot and on account of such road accident many villagers came and made protest. They set ablaze the vehicle and also ransacked the Police Station. Petitioner of course named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against him. Similarly situated accused persons have already been granted bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
