The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

He is Devar of the informant who was married with Mukesh Kumar Ram. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry of Rs. 50,000/-. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be

No.22747 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
