This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order of cognizance dated 27.08.2018 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Bansi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, whereby and whereunder, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal took the cognizance of the offence under Sections 304(B), 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code against petitioner and one Anil Tiwari.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71498 of 2019(3) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
