JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 This is an application for modification of order of this Court dated 27.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12397 of 2017. The petitioners have come for modification in order dated 27.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12397 of 2017 by this Court by which the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was allowed.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners could not arrange the bail bond within a period of two weeks and as such they could not surrender before the court below within the time as directed in order dated 27.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12397 of 2017, hence, the petitioners may be allowed to surrender before the learned court below and submit bail bond.

No.23929 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 The aforesaid conduct of the petitioners is clearly against the direction of this Court, however, taking lenient view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to surrender by 26.5.2017 and submit bail bonds, as per direction of this Court passed in dated 27.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12397 of 2017. With this modification, this application is disposed of, however, the direction as contained in order dated 27.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12397 of 2017 shall remain intact.
