20.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Dumra P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for this reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, and the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
