JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with others was caught by the police while they were traveling by a vehicle from which firearms and bombs were recovered. Admittedly, the present case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 364, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and the present case has not been registered under the provisions of Explosive Substance Act as well as Arms Act.

It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in the case which has been registered for the offences of Arms Act. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.27220 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014.
