Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

No specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioners and it is simply stated that when informant as well as her husband went to make complain to the petitioners, petitioners quarreled with him.

Moreover, allegation of throwing acid is against co- accused Azhar who happens to be son of petitioner no.1. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like
