In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.192 of 2016 (G.R. No.510 of 2016), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 363, 366-A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the petitioner has taken away the daughter of the informant and she is still traceless. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
